French solopreneur from Bali behind TrustMRR, DataFast, ShipFast and 30+ startups
Marc Lou (born Marc Louvion) is a French solo founder based in Bali who has shipped more than 30 startups on his own and documents nearly all of it in public. His first SaaS, VirallyBot, reached around $4K MRR before COVID wiped it out, and he spent the following years launching small products at a relentless pace, a handful of which he sold, including MakeLanding.
His breakout came with ShipFast, a Next.js boilerplate for launching SaaS products quickly, which has generated more than $1.3M in verified lifetime revenue. He followed it with CodeFast, a course that teaches non-developers to code their own apps, DataFast, revenue-first web analytics for founders, and TrustMRR, a database of Stripe-verified startup revenues that he built in about a day and that turned into a startup marketplace and his biggest product.
Marc is known for fast, scrappy launches, short-form video and meme-heavy marketing, and for publishing monthly revenue breakdowns of every product. He also runs the Ship or Die accountability program and an Indie Page profile showing every product he has made, from hits to experiments that earned nothing.
