MakeLanding was built by Marc Lou and sold in 2023 for $35K.
MakeLanding was an AI landing page generator, one of the many small products French solo founder Marc Lou shipped while building in public.
In 2023 Lou bought out his partner's shares in the product, listed it on Acquire.com and sold it for $35,000, his third startup sale. The buyer was not named publicly.
Lou later said the sale gave him the breathing room to keep shipping without worrying about bills, and the payment disputes he dealt with on MakeLanding inspired his later product ByeDispute.
