Filip Minev

Filip Minev is a Bulgarian-Belgian developer and product designer based in Ghent, Belgium, who co-founded Tally with Marie Martens. Tally is a form builder that works like a document editor and offers unlimited forms and responses for free, earning money from a Pro subscription for features such as teams, workspaces and custom domains.

Minev is the technical half of the duo: he designs and develops the product while Martens leads marketing and operations. The pair started Tally after an earlier travel startup, Hotspot, did not work out. Before that he co-founded Delta, a crypto portfolio tracker that was acquired by eToro.

Tally has grown without outside funding or paid ads, and widely shared reports put it at about $175K in monthly recurring revenue by early 2025 with a very small team.
