Ruzgar Zere

Ruzgar Zere is the founder of LeadShark, a tool that automates LinkedIn lead magnets: when people comment on a post asking for a resource, LeadShark detects the comment, connects with them and sends the material by direct message, optionally capturing emails and following up with qualified leads. He built it after spending months studying which lead magnet posts actually convert.

LeadShark describes itself as the original lead magnet automation for LinkedIn, launched around 2024, with more than 2.5 million DMs sent and over 5,000 users. TrustMRR shows it at about $20K MRR with roughly $254K in verified total revenue as of October 2026. Zere has also launched Pesky, a tool that monitors competitors and new clones and sends digest reports to SaaS founders.
