About Paweł Huryn
Paweł Huryn is a Polish product manager turned creator, based in Warsaw, who writes The Product Compass, one of the largest product management newsletters on Substack. A former software developer and chief product officer with more than 15 years in product, he built the newsletter as a side project alongside his career.
The Product Compass shares step-by-step playbooks, templates and frameworks for product managers, with a growing focus on AI product management and building AI agents. It has more than 130,000 subscribers, and paid members get the full archive, a private Slack community and a bundle of video courses.
