Lukas Hermann

Lukas Hermann is a full-stack developer and founder based in Stuttgart, Germany. He started Stagetimer as a weekend project: a browser-based, remote-controlled countdown timer that shows presenters a fullscreen timer while an operator controls it from another device. It grew into a profitable B2B SaaS for the event production industry, which he wrote about reaching $20K a month.

He later launched Rundown Studio, collaborative real-time rundown software for show callers, producers and broadcast teams with cue timing and a built-in teleprompter. Both products are bootstrapped and profitable, and he is publicly working toward $1M ARR. Before going full time he worked as a frontend developer and product owner at Stuttgart and Swiss startups, and he writes about bootstrapping a SaaS in Germany, programmatic SEO and running on Hetzner.
