LearnCodeOnline was built by Hitesh Choudhary and sold to iNeuron in 2022 for All-stock deal; valuation reported at ₹110-120 crore (Economic Times).
LearnCodeOnline (LCO) was a bootstrapped coding education platform run from Jaipur by Hitesh Choudhary, a programming YouTuber with a large following.
In April 2022 the edtech company iNeuron acquired 100% of LCO in an all-stock deal. The Economic Times reported that the deal valued LCO at between ₹110 crore and ₹120 crore. As part of the deal Choudhary joined iNeuron as chief technology officer, bringing his relationships with colleges and universities in India and abroad.
Choudhary later became a senior director at PhysicsWallah and went on to build the ChaiCode coding education brand.
