Ryan Thorpe

Ryan Thorpe is a London-based mobile growth operator and the founder of Fload. He was part of the early growth team at Revolut and later managed a portfolio of more than 40 apps at Reflectly that reached over 50 million downloads.

He founded Fload in 2025 to build autonomous AI agents that run app growth end to end: finding the countries and keywords where paid installs are profitable, launching and scaling Apple Search Ads campaigns, and supporting them with ASO, screenshots and review management. Fload announced a $2.5M pre-seed round led by byFounders. On X he says he runs an app making about $950K a year with no employees, only AI agents.
