Feather was built by Bhanu Teja P and sold to Tibo Louis-Lucas in 2024 for $250K. At the time of the sale it made ~$6K MRR (as reported).
Feather turns a Notion workspace into a fast, SEO-friendly blog, so users can write in Notion and publish without code. It was Bhanu Teja P's first indie SaaS and the most successful of his solo products. Press coverage of the sale says MRR grew from zero to $1K in about three months and then grew faster.
In June 2024 Bhanu announced that he had sold Feather, then a little over two years old, to fellow indie maker Tibo Louis-Lucas, known for Tweet Hunter and Taplio, for $250K. Reports put revenue at around $6K MRR at the time. Tibo wrote about the purchase in a newsletter dated 13 June 2024 and said he had used Feather as a customer before buying it.
After the sale Bhanu kept building SiteGPT, his AI chatbot product.
