Chart2Site was built by Andrey Azimov and sold in 2021.
Why they sold: Azimov has said he enjoys creating products from scratch more than optimizing existing ones, which led him to sell his spreadsheet-based products in 2021.
Chart2Site was a side project Andrey Azimov launched in 2020 as a companion to Sheet2Site, his no-code tool that turns Google Sheets into websites. Chart2Site turned spreadsheet data into responsive live charts that could be embedded on a website.
Azimov built it once Sheet2Site was stable and he had some free time. In 2021 he sold Sheet2Site to Neil Witten. His own bio lists Chart2Site as acquired in 2021 as well, but the buyer and terms of the Chart2Site sale have not been made public.
