Marc Seitz is the co-founder of Papermark, an open-source alternative to DocSend, which he runs with co-founder Iuliia Shnai. Before Papermark he used DocSend for years, first for startup fundraising and then while managing a fund of funds; Papermark started as a tweet and a side project before growing into a company.

Papermark offers secure document sharing and virtual data rooms for fundraising, M&A and due diligence, with page-level analytics, granular permissions, a public API and a self-hosted version. Marc is vocal about building all-in on open source and contributes actively on GitHub.
