About Gil Hildebrand
Gil Hildebrand is a New Orleans native and serial entrepreneur with multiple exits. He began his career running a software consulting firm in New Orleans, was the technical co-founder of the social publishing platform Squidoo, and in 2018 founded Gilded, a crypto SaaS startup that reached $1M ARR before it was acquired.
He then went solo and bootstrapped Subscribr, an AI tool for YouTube creators that he built after struggling with scripts for his own faceless channel. Subscribr helps ideate, title, script and edit videos and now works with AI agents such as Claude and ChatGPT over MCP. He also runs a Skool community for YouTube creators.
